Do you offer UK rental agency or apartment booking services?
We only provide rental consultation and guidance services. We do not act as a housing agent, book apartments on behalf of clients, or participate in property reservations and transactions. All rental decisions and operations shall be completed independently by you.
Can I book or apply for accommodation directly through you?
No. We only offer property screening, price analysis, as well as process and contract consultation. We do not accept reservations, process accommodation applications, or collect rent or deposits on behalf of others.
Do you provide airport transfers, moving services, hotel booking and other similar services?
We do not provide practical services such as airport transfers, moving assistance, or hotel/ticket booking. We only offer relevant service information suggestions and process references.
Will you assist with study tour registration, itinerary arrangement or group organization for study tour programmes?
We only provide study tour programme screening, comparison, itinerary suggestions and risk reminders. We do not organise, undertake or sell study tour programmes, nor do we offer registration assistance or arrange itinerary execution.
Is the local guide service a packaged group tour service?
No. We provide local cultural explanation and experience route suggestions, which do not belong to travel agency or packaged group tour services. We do not organise group tours, and all arrangements are to be decided independently by you.
Can you submit university applications on my behalf for overseas studies?
We only provide university selection, school district analysis and application process guidance. We will not submit applications or complete university admission procedures on your behalf. All applications must be completed by you independently.
Will you assist with signing rental contracts and paying deposits for clients?
We only provide contract interpretation, risk reminders and communication support. We do not assist with contract signing or process deposit and rent payments. All transactions shall be conducted directly by you with landlords or rental agencies.
Will you make decisions on behalf of clients during the service process?
No. We only provide information, suggestions and guidance. All decisions regarding accommodation settling, school selection, travel plans and other matters shall be judged and implemented independently by you.
Do you charge transaction-related fees such as rent, deposits or service charges?
We do not collect any transaction-related fees or handle clients’ funds. Only consultation-related service fees (if applicable) may be charged.
Will you handle practical procedures such as UK bank account opening and GP registration for new arrivals?
We only provide procedural guidance and document preparation advice. We do not handle practical procedures including bank account opening, GP registration and SIM card application, which must be completed by you personally.
Can you book scenic tickets and accommodation for travel consultation requests?
We only provide travel planning, scenic spot and accommodation recommendations. We do not book tickets or accommodation on behalf of clients, and all reservations must be completed independently by you.
What is the core scope of your services?
We specialise in consultation and guidance regarding UK daily life, relocation, property rental, overseas study, study tours, travel and local experiences. We do not act as intermediaries, participate in transactions, handle practical procedures on behalf of clients, or organise and operate travel or study tour groups.
